1. Overview
GameOutreach is operated by Maryan Mandzyuk, a sole proprietor based in Ukraine, doing business as GameOutreach ("Operator", "we", "us", "our"). All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, tax collection, and refund processing on our behalf.
We want you to be satisfied with the Service. If you are not satisfied, please contact us — we are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions and first-time purchases. If you are not satisfied with GameOutreach for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date, no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to your first payment only. Refunds for subsequent renewal payments are handled under Section 4 below.
3. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services
GameOutreach is a digital SaaS (Software as a Service) product delivered entirely online. Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, this right may not apply to digital content or services once performance has begun.
By accessing and using the GameOutreach Service after purchase — including logging in to your account, performing searches, or using any feature of the platform — you expressly acknowledge and agree that performance of the Service has begun at your request, and you understand that you may thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Notwithstanding the above, we voluntarily offer the 30-day money-back guarantee described in Section 2 on all initial purchases as a goodwill policy, independent of your statutory rights.
4. Subscription Renewal Refunds
For subscription renewals (monthly or annual billing cycles), refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the renewal charge date. After this window, refunds for renewal payments are at the Operator's and Paddle's discretion.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. There are no cancellation fees. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period.
- You will retain full access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- No partial refunds are issued for the remaining unused days of the current billing period.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you may:
- Contact our support team at mandzyuk.maryan@gmail.com — include your registered email address and the reason for your refund request.
- Contact Paddle directly at paddle.net/help — as the Merchant of Record, Paddle can process refund requests independently.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed by Paddle within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
7. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Requests made outside the applicable refund window (30 days for initial purchases, 14 days for renewals).
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Requests based solely on a change of mind after extensive use of the Service beyond the initial trial period.
- Circumstances outside our control, such as third-party API (e.g., YouTube Data API) limitations or outages.
8. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are committed to resolving disputes directly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.

Paddle reserves the right to grant or refuse refunds at its discretion in accordance with its Checkout Buyer Terms and applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. EU/EEA consumers retain all rights afforded to them under applicable EU consumer protection legislation. If you have concerns about your consumer rights, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
